Caela is the Elders State Real Estate Manager for Victoria/Riverina & South Australia, overseeing operations, growth, and performance across both states.
Commencing her real estate career 18 years ago, Caela was a high-performing sales agent, business manager, and Director in the Northern Territory before relocating to Western Australia to join Defence Housing Australia, where she led their WA operations. Following this, she held the role of Licensee and General Manager of an award-winning franchise in Western Australia. In 2022, Caela relocated to South Australia and joined the Elders Group.
In her role as State Manager for Victoria & South Australia, Caela drives business growth through strategic acquisitions, leadership development, and performance enhancement across a network of more than 100 real estate professionals. She is a Licensed Land Agent who has overseen thousands of real estate transactions throughout her career and provides high-level technical expertise and leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
Caela is currently completing her MBA at La Trobe University.
